Pet Requirements
Nexus Properties only allows two (2) pets per apartment.
If registering a DOG, you must also provide: (1) a copy of the dog license for the current year, (2) a veterinarian statement confirming the name, breed, color, age, weight and that all vaccinations are up-to-date, (3) proof of renter’s insurance coverage and (4) a photo of the pet.
If registering a CAT, you must provide: (1) a veterinarian statement confirming the cat has been spayed/neutered, that all vaccinations are up-to-date, and confirming the name, breed, color, age, weight and photo of the pet. (2) proof of renter’s insurance coverage and (3) a photo of the pet.
If your pet(s) are approved, Tenant must pay a Pet Deposit equal to one-half (½) of the security deposit and will be due prior to move in or the pet being permitted on the Premises, whichever is sooner. In addition, the applicant agrees to pay a pet fee of $25 per month per pet.
No pet(s) may be replaced, or new pet(s) added, without prior written approval from Landlord and completion of this Pet Application form.
The following Dog breeds are prohibited: Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, American Eskimos and Siberian Huskies.
